100% Remote Role Permanent position with TriluxTech Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB Lead (ITOM) Only looking for candidates who can join in 30 days Work timings : 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm Required: • 5–10 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow CMDB expertise • Proven experience in ServiceNow Discovery (minimum 3–5 years preferred, not mandatory) • Strong knowledge of ITOM modules – Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management • Experience with AIOps / Predictive Intelligence / event correlation frameworks • Deep understanding of CMDB data modeling, identification & reconciliation rules (IRE) • Experience working with CSDM (Common Service Data Model) • Experience with service graph connectors. • Hands-on experience with integrations (REST, MID Server, cloud APIs – AWS/Azure/GCP) • Exposure to large-scale enterprise implementations / greenfield setups • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Good to Have • Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) • Knowledge of cloud discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and security standards • Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or CIS-ITOM Job Summary We are looking for a ServiceNow CMDB Lead with deep expertise in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping) and AIOps. The ideal candidate will lead CMDB strategy, design, and governance while driving accurate configuration data across enterprise environments. This role requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow Discovery and a strong understanding of CSDM alignment and data quality frameworks. Key Responsibilities Lead CMDB architecture, design, and implementation aligned with business and IT objectives Drive ServiceNow Discovery implementation and optimization across on-prem and cloud environments Ensure CMDB data accuracy, reconciliation, and governance using best practices Define and implement CSDM-compliant data models and relationships Collaborate with stakeholders across ITSM, ITOM, and business teams to ensure CMDB adoption Implement and manage Service Mapping for critical business services Integrate CMDB with external tools (monitoring, cloud platforms, asset systems) Support AIOps initiatives leveraging CMDB for event correlation and root cause analysis Establish data certification, normalization, and lifecycle management processes Provide leadership in greenfield or transformation programs Key Traits Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to drive governance and enforce data quality Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
