Role Overview: As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at our company, located in Cessana Business Park, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering impactful AI integration and automation projects for our CX organization. This is a hybrid role, with two days remote and three days in the office per week. You will be responsible for building tools and features in the AI Assistant Backend, with a focus on backend and integration-heavy systems. Your main strengths should lie in Rails-based API development and contributing to Python-based ML/service integrations.
