About the role
Role & responsibilities - Project Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and milestones specifically for busduct installation and supply. - Technical Oversight: Review and approve technical designs such as Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and layout drawings to ensure they meet project specifications and international standards like IEC/IEEE. - Financial & Resource Management: Manage the project Profit & Loss (P&L;), adhering to the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and budget constraints. - Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between sales, design, factory production, and the client to ensure seamless delivery and installation. - Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical work and equipment (like Transformers and HT/LT panels) comply with strict health, safety, and regulatory standards. - Site Management: Lead on-site activities including installation, testing (FAT/SAT), and operational handover to the client. - Team Leadership: Mentor and manage multi-disciplinary project teams, resolving technical issues and ensuring high productivity. Preferred candidate profile - Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) is typically required. - Experience: 1015 years of experience in electrical project management, ideally with a focus on heavy industrial or infrastructure projects. - Certifications: PMP (Project Management Qualified) or similar certifications are highly preferred.
