Key Responsibilities - Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to resolve complex modeling issues faced by customers. - Manage and troubleshoot issues related to rebar database, catalog, bar bending schedules. - Assist users with configuring and troubleshooting general arrangement (GA) drawings, cast unit drawings, rebar schedules, and Template Editor (TPL) reports. - Act as a subject matter expert, guiding detailers and engineers on best-practice workflows for concrete, precast, and rebar modeling. - Troubleshoot localized company environments, including custom components, drawing layouts, attributes, and firm/project folders. - Oversee cloud collaboration environments, addressing integration and interoperability issues related to Trimble Connect, Tekla Model Sharing, and standard BIM formats (IFC, DWG, DXF, BVBS). - Replicate reported software bugs, document them meticulously, and escalate unresolved issues to Teklas development team or global helpdesk. - Create, update, and maintain internal knowledge base articles and customer FAQ documentation to promote self-sufficient resolution. - Identify recurring software bottlenecks or bugs and advocate for concrete users by collaborating directly with our Product development teams. Required Skills & Qualifications - Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience using or supporting Tekla Structures. Experience working within an RCC/Precast detailing or BIM workplace is highly preferred. - Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Tekla Structures environment configurations, system folders, and detailing standards. Mastery of Tekla Structures software functionality, specifically relating to concrete and reinforcement modules. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with a proven ability to investigate, reverse-engineer software errors, and troubleshoot system crashes. - Communication: Excellent, patient, and professional communication skills (written and verbal) to explain technical solutions clearly to users working under tight project deadlines. - Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
