About the role
As a Senior Associate Data & Insights Professional at Trimont, your role will involve transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. You will be at the forefront of data analytics, business intelligence, automation, and GenAI-enabled insight generation. Key Responsibilities: - Transform complex data into actionable insights for strategic and operational decision-making. - Identify trends, outliers, and key performance drivers using advanced analytics, structured querying, and AI techniques. - Develop executive-ready dashboards and reports with clear recommendations. - Utilize GenAI tools for accelerated insight discovery and analysis. Reporting & Analytics Excellence: - Lead the full reporting lifecycle from data sourcing to visualization. - Write, optimize, and maintain performant SQL queries and datasets. - Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in reporting outputs. - Define and govern data definitions, metric logic, and standards for a single version of the truth. Tools, Automation & Platform Development: - Design and maintain Power Apps solutions for streamlined data capture and workflows. - Automate reporting tasks and data preparation using VBA. - Apply Python for data analysis and transformation. - Integrate Power Platform, BI tools, and AI capabilities for scalable analytics solutions. - Implement GenAI fundamentals for improved productivity and reporting efficiency. Innovation, Enablement & Leadership: - Mentor analysts and business partners on advanced SQL and analytical thinking. - Explore predictive analytics and AI-assisted modeling for prescriptive insights. - Stay updated on GenAI trends and responsible AI practices. - Promote best practices to foster a data-driven culture. Required Qualifications: - 47 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or reporting. - Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data analysis. - Experience managing reporting and analytics lifecycle. - Knowledge of Power Apps, VBA, Python, and GenAI tools. - Strong communication skills and a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced Power BI skills and data governance experience. - Hands-on use of GenAI for analytics workflows. - Exposure to forecasting and predictive analytics. - Background in financial services, operations, or enterprise analytics. - Understanding of responsible AI practices and data privacy.
