ETL Test Engineer

Required Skills & Experience 23 years of software testing experience, preferably in BFSI or banking domain. Working knowledge of SQL ability to write SELECT queries, JOINs, aggregations, and data validation scripts. Basic Python scripting ability reading and running ETL and data generation scripts; modifying parameters as directed. Familiarity with core banking concepts: accounts, loans, transactions, general ledger, at a functional level. Experience using JIRA or similar defect and task tracking tools. Attention to detail ability to spot data inconsistencies, format errors, and referential integrity violations. Ability to work from detailed written specifications and runbooks with minimal supervision. Good communication skills able to raise clear, well-documented clarification requests and defect reports. Good to Have Hands-on exposure to Finacle or T24 environments, even at a basic level. ISTQB Foundation Level certification. Exposure to data masking concepts or anonymisation tools. Basic understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline concepts. .
