Triumph Solutions and Support Services is looking for Server Hosting Maintenance to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Infrastructure Provisioning: Set up and provide server hardware or virtual servers for hosting purposes Server Configuration: Install and configure operating systems, software, and applications based on client requirements Security Measures: Implement security protocols, firewalls, encryption, and access controls to protect server data from unauthorized access or cyber threats Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor server health, performance, and uptime, performing routine maintenance tasks and applying patches and updates as needed Backup and Disaster Recovery: Establish backup routines and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and minimize downtime in case of system failures Client Support: Provide technical support and assistance to clients for server-related issues or inquiries Scalability Planning: Assess server needs and plan for scalability as businesses grow, ensuring the infrastructure can accommodate increased demands Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Proficiency in server operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc), networking concepts, and server hardware Security Knowledge: Understanding of security best practices and protocols for server environments Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve server-related issues efficiently Communication Skills: Clear communication for interacting with clients and documenting procedures
