As a Web Designer at Triumph Solutions, you will be responsible for creating exceptional websites for our clients. Your primary duties will include: - Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients. - Testing and improving website designs. - Establishing design guidelines and best practices. - Ensuring websites maintain high-quality appearance and branding. - Designing visual elements in line with clients' branding. - Working with various content management systems. - Communicating design ideas effectively using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes. - Incorporating functionalities and features into websites. - Designing sample pages with appropriate colors and fonts. - Presenting website structure effectively. - Ensuring all websites achieve a minimum score of 89 on speed test results. To excel in this role, you need to meet the following requirements: - Hold a relevant diploma in a related field. - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. - Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages like HTML, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript. - Good understanding of content management systems and search engine optimization principles. - Proficient in cross-browser compatibility issues. - Excellent visual design skills. - Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies. - Creativity and openness to new ideas. - Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques. - Excellent communication skills.
