Operations Analyst

As an Operations Analyst at our company, your role will involve managing and analyzing operational data from various locations across India. You will work closely with laboratory teams, prepare reports, and provide valuable insights to the management to facilitate better decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, maintain, and analyze operational data from Pan-India locations. - Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. - Track operational performance and identify areas for improvement. - Follow up with teams on operational issues and updates. - Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. Qualifications Required: - MBA in Finance/Operations. - 2-4 years of experience in Biotechnology and Laboratory Operations. - Proficiency in using reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar software. - Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work with numbers, data analysis, and interpretation. The company offers a competitive salary ranging from 40,000.00 to 60,000.00 per month along with Provident Fund benefits. The work location for this role is in person.
