Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. - 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions. - Proven leadership experience in a technology team, with at least 5 years in software development. - Strong knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. - Hands-on experience with MERN Stack and familiarity with front-end and back-end technologies. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices. - Understanding of database management and architecture. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to think creatively to resolve complex technical issues. - Up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
