Qualifications Required: - 6+ years hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience with at least one detailed full implementation. - Solid FP&A domain knowledge including budgeting, forecasting, financial close, and management reporting. - Strong understanding of multidimensional modeling, Adaptive formulas, and calculated accounts. - Proficiency in OfficeConnect development and support. - Integration and data skills with SQL required and Python considered a strong plus. - Excellent spoken and written English for client-facing requirements and advisory conversations. - Reliable availability with meaningful overlap of US business hours (Eastern or Central) for client calls. As an additional detail, this role is based in India and offers remote, contract, and project-based engagements with the potential to transition into ongoing work. The compensation rate is competitive and will be commensurate with real Adaptive experience. In order to apply for this position, please provide specific details on: 1. The Workday Adaptive implementations you have delivered, including your role, the model scope, and the integrations involved. 2. A notable OfficeConnect or reporting build that you are proud of. 3. An experience where you took over a messy Adaptive environment, what you found, and how you resolved it. 4. Your availability, US-hours overlap, and your expected rate.
