About the role
Senior Frontend Developer (React/Next.js) Key Responsibilities - Lead frontend architecture and development using React.js and Next.js: - Build scalable, reusable, and high-performance UI components - Take end-to-end ownership of frontend modules and features - Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions - Drive best practices in code quality, performance, and maintainability - Implement SSR, SSG, ISR, and advanced Next.js rendering strategies - Work closely with backend, design, and product teams for smooth delivery - Review code, mentor junior developers, and guide frontend standards - Identify risks, suggest improvements, and proactively solve technical challenges - Ensure responsive and cross-browser compatible implementations Must-Have Skills - 3+ years hands-on experience in React.js development - Strong real-world experience with Next.js (production-level projects): - Expert-level JavaScript (ES6+): - Strong experience with Tailwind CSS: - Strong hands-on experience with Next.js (App Router experience preferred): - Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript: - Solid command over HTML5, CSS3, and up-to-date styling approaches (Tailwind or CSS-in-JS): - Experience with state management (Zustand / Redux / Context / React Query) - Experience with Git workflows and code reviews - Strong debugging and performance tuning skills - Hands-on with SSR, SSG, ISR, and caching strategies in Next.js: - Understanding of component architecture, design systems, and reusability Leadership & Ownership Expectations - Ability to own tasks and deliver independently: - Mentor and support junior team members - Participate in technical decision-making - Ensure timelines and quality standards are met - Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience - Minimum 3-6 years frontend experience: - At least 3+ years dedicated to React.js and Next.js Compensation: Up to 1,800,000.00 per year Benefits: - Flexible schedule - Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocat .
