Role Overview: As a React Native expert at Truemeds, you will have the opportunity to redefine how India accesses affordable healthcare by playing a crucial role in the architecture, delivery, and quality of React Native mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: - Own the architecture, delivery, and quality of React Native mobile applications. - Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to ensure smooth, intuitive experiences across Android and iOS. - Establish and enforce best practices across mobile development, including project structure, state management, CI/CD, and release processes. - Set technical direction, make architectural decisions, and constantly seek ways to improve developer efficiency and app performance. - Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks, reduce app size, and improve startup time. - Utilize React Native internals, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern React patterns effectively. - Work with navigation frameworks, animations, and native Android/iOS platforms. - Proficient in app performance profiling and optimization, crash analytics, and monitoring tools. - Architect large-scale React Native applications with a focus on UX polish and animations. - Manage App Store/Play Store deployments, release versioning, and rollout strategies. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of professional mobile development experience, with 1.5+ years in React Native. - Deep understanding of React Native internals, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern React patterns. - Experience with navigation frameworks, animations, and native Android/iOS platforms. - Advanced skills in app performance profiling and optimization, crash analytics, and monitoring tools. - Strong track record of architecting large-scale React Native applications. - Familiarity with App Store/Play Store deployments, release versioning, and rollout strategies.
