About the role
Roles and Responsibilities : Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure using Cisco Meraki devices such as switches and routers. Troubleshoot LAN/WLAN issues and resolve technical problems in a timely manner. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing networks. Provide Level 1 (L1) TO L2 support for network-related incidents and escalate complex issues to higher levels when necessary. Job Requirements : 0-5 years of experience in networking field with expertise in Cisco routers and switches. Strong understanding of SDWAN technology and its applications. Ability to work independently on troubleshooting tasks with minimal supervision.
