Your role will involve utilizing analytical and technical skills to work with high-quality real-world Electronic Health Record (EHR) data and clinical notes data. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications for this role: Responsibilities: - Scope out clinical informatics data analyses requests and produce studies and results within deadlines - Communicate project statuses and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of clinical data projects - Provide technical analytics support and troubleshoot data analyses for internal stakeholders - Teach customers how to analyze data using SQL, R, and Python to address empirical questions - Write Databricks SQL queries to extract and interpret clinical concepts from clinical notes - Create dashboards, data visualizations, and tools to support data-driven decision making - Develop enablement materials and studies to enhance Truveta's platform capabilities - Collaborate with other teams to investigate data sources and provide feedback for product improvement Required Skills: - Graduate or Masters level educational degree in clinical research, data analysis, data science, or related fields - 3+ years of experience conducting analyses using large healthcare datasets - Proficiency in SQL, R or Python, and familiarity with Spark big data analytics environments - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively - Ownership, accountability, and reliability mindset - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Quick learner in a dynamic startup environment and a team player Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Spark/PySpark, Databricks - Working with unstructured clinical data or natural language processing outputs - Regex query writing experience - Cohort definitions or eligibility criteria for research studies Truveta offers interesting and meaningful work opportunities at every career stage, a comprehensive benefits package, professional development, flexible work hours, generous parental leave, and a commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
