UI-UX Designer

Role Overview: At Trycon Technologies Private Limited, as a UI-UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of the company's web and mobile-based software applications. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Product & Design Team to design wireframes and style guides for web and mobile-based software applications - Convert product wireframes into user-friendly and visually appealing user interfaces using design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop - Analyze data collected from tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity, Usability Interviews, and A/B testing tools to identify UI-UX gaps in existing software applications - Design highly converting UI-UX variants to increase conversion rates of existing UIs based on data insights and problem-solving skills - Occasionally design graphics for branding and marketing efforts, such as blog feature images, social media images, and infographics Qualification Required: - 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience, including wireframing, style guides, and designing user interfaces.
