Overview: The Asp.Net C# Developer plays a critical role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using the ASP.NET framework and C# programming language. This position is pivotal in ensuring the functionality and efficiency of the applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop web applications using ASP.NET and C# programming language Participate in requirements analysis and technical design discussions to provide innovative solutions Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the application development process Create and maintain documentation related to application development and maintenance Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of web applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team productivity Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth application operation Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance technical skills Participate in Agile development methodologies and attend sprint planning and retrospective meetings Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of development processes Work closely with the QA team to address and fix reported bugs and issues Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing Support and maintain existing applications by troubleshooting issues and implementing updates Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement attractive and user-friendly interfaces Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, and the MVC framework Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices Experience with SQL Server and database design principles Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Expertise in debugging and troubleshooting complex applications Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate ideas Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with version control tools such as Git or SVN Knowledge of software development methodologies, especially Agile practices Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Continual learning and self-improvement mindset to keep up with industry trends
