Data & BI Analyst Role - Data & BI Analyst Experience - 5+ yrs Pick Any Work Location - Mohali, Panchkula, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon Shift - Night ( US Timings) Timing - 8PM TO 6AM Interview - F2F (15th july-Mohali 16th july - GGN 17th July - Pune) Job Summary The Data & BI Analyst is responsible for managing data integrity and creating analytical dashboards using business intelligence tools Responsibilities Follow enterprise data management processes under supervision of Data Operations Manager to perform the following job duties. Reconcile customer, product and contacts data between the CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite) systems. Perform transactional data analysis utilizing data from the CRM & ERP systems to identify process disconnects. Build dashboards, using Power BI or similar BI tools, which help identify data hygiene gaps easily. Assist with maintaining data hygiene & integrity in the Data Warehouse. Build functional & operational analysis using Power BI or similar BI tools. Requirements Critical-Thinking, Problem-Solving, Team Collaboration Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 Intermediate skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.) to reconcile large sets of data. Having used a BI Tool (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) to build analysis and visualizations. Experience working with a database (create tables, views, joins etc.). Knowledge of AWS RedShift will be a plus Familiar with Salesforce navigation will be a plus Familiar with Oracle NetSuite or other similar ERP systems will be a plus
