Identity Governance Lead

Job Title: Identity Governance Lead Experience: 7 Years to 15 years Education Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M tech Notice Period: 20 Days Max Location: Gurgaon/ Hyderabad/Noida Must Have: Aveksa OR SailPoint OR Saviynt OR CyberArk , AWS Secrets Manager or Azure Key-Vault, ServiceNow Experience - Ensuring IAM process governance: IAM Processes - business & technical processes implemented in the Environment Job Description: Skills - 7-12 Years Rotational (Including Night Shifts) Candidate should have a delivery background on IAM tools like Aveksa OR SailPoint OR Saviynt OR CyberArk and competitor products and cloud - securing key services such as AWS Secrets Manager or Azure Key-Vault Experience - Ensuring IAM process governance: IAM Processes - business & technical processes implemented in the Environment E.g. - Credential rotation process compliance, Ensure teams are following escalation process for non-compliances, Incident or SR creation for any non-compliances - e.g., Non-compliance relation to timely deletion of Exit ID within defined SLA For the integrated Systems (e.g. - ServiceNow) - ensure that provisioning & deprovision is working fine as per process For the Automation initiatives - Candidate must have experience working with stakeholders e.g.. - delivery team to perform UAT and verifying the desired output as expected Internal Automation - Candidate must be proficient with Python , Power script to automate our processes, Similarly ensure the AWS Governance - adherence of defined processes without deviation. Integration AWS tenants - Candidate to ensure all the integrity involved in the integration are taken care of. Engagement with IAM, AD & business teams to ensure governance and process compliance Risk Management, Control validation of UA, Supporting Audit activities.
