About the role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer with 7–8 years of hands-on experience in HTML5 and CSS3, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible web interfaces. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers to bring modern web experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert design mockups (Figma) into high-quality HTML/CSS code.
Build and maintain responsive web layouts compatible with all modern browsers and devices.
Implement best practices in performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO-friendly markup.
Collaborate with developers and designers to create seamless UI experiences.
Maintain and improve existing front-end architecture and codebase.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Work with modern CSS methodologies such as BEM, SMACSS .
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented HTML and CSS code.
Integrate with front-end JavaScript frameworks if required (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
Required Skills:
Expert-level proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 .
Strong knowledge of responsive design, media queries, flexbox, grid, and cross-browser compatibility.
Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SASS/SCSS or LESS .
Experience with version control tools like Git .
Good understanding of design-to-code translation.
Knowledge of CSS architecture and modular CSS patterns.
Experience with browser developer tools for debugging and performance profiling.
Basic JavaScript skills are a plus.
