Software Testing Engineer

Position: Software Testing Engineer Experience: 4 to 7 Years Qualification: B.E, MCA, MS in Software Testing or related field Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent) Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Testing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software testing for verification and validation, with proficiency in Ada, C/C++, Python, and Java. Required Skills and Experience: Proficiency in Ada, C/C++, Python, and Java. Hands-on experience with verification tools such as Polyspace, LDRA, and Codepeer. Familiarity with Software In Loop (SIL) testing and integrated bench level testing. Strong understanding of bi-directional traceability and code inspection processes. Experience with Matlab and Python environments. Knowledge of static analysis and unit testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure requirements are accurately traced to test cases and code, and vice versa. Conduct thorough code inspections and verify database integrity and performance. Utilize tools such as Polyspace, LDRA, and Codepeer to perform static code analysis and identify potential issues. Develop and execute unit tests to validate individual software components. Perform SIL testing to validate software behaviours in a simulated environment. Conduct comprehensive integrated testing on a bench setup to ensure overall system functionality. Configure and manage validation tools and environments to support validation activities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering B.E, (ECE, EEE, CS), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), or Master of Science (MS) or a related field.
