Web Application Developer (WeWeb)

Overview: The Web Application Developer plays a crucial role in our organization by designing, developing, and maintaining innovative web applications that meet our clients' needs. This role is integral in ensuring the functionality and performance of our web-based software. Job Details: Position: Web Application Developer (WeWeb) Experience: 2-5 years Work Mode: Remote Budget: 7-8 LPA Contract Duration: 6 or 12 months Shift: 3 pm – 12 am IST (US Shift) · Proven experience with WeWeb for web application development · Expertise in web architecture and development · Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation · Experience with AWS Lambda is a big plus · Familiarity with AI and voice-calling technologies is a plus · Being able to manage other developers as well as working independently · Experienced in Agile methodologies NOTE: There will be multiple rounds of interviews and candidate should be available after 8 pm IST Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze project requirements and propose innovative solutions Design and develop responsive and interactive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Implement security and data protection measures Perform debugging and troubleshooting of web applications Conduct thorough testing to ensure optimal functionality Assist in the integration of front-end and back-end aspects of web applications Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products Contribute to the documentation and maintenance of web applications Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders Assist in the deployment of web applications to production environments Adhere to project timelines and milestones Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a web application developer or related role Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages Experience with responsive design and front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, React) Knowledge of back-end technologies such as Python, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails Familiarity with database systems and SQL Understanding of web performance optimization and web security best practices Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new tools and languages Experience with web application deployment and cloud platforms is a plus Certifications in web development or relevant technologies are advantageous Strong portfolio of previous web application development projects is desirable Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is preferred
