Jr. Estimation Engineer for Real Estate Group_

Assist in preparing cost estimates , BOQs (Bill of Quantities) , and rate analyses for residential and commercial projects.

Study architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to extract material quantities.

Support in preparation of tender documents , bidding , and cost comparisons .

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for rate quotations and material pricing.

Analyze changes in design or specifications and update cost estimates accordingly.

Prepare preliminary and detailed cost breakdowns for new projects.

Maintain cost records and assist in preparing budget vs actual reports.

Work closely with the billing and contracts team for accurate project costing and monitoring.

Ensure compliance with company policies and estimation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

2–4 years of experience in estimation within real estate or construction.

Good knowledge of quantity take-off , rate analysis , and Excel/AutoCAD .

Understanding of construction drawings and material specifications.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
