Planning Engineer for Real Estate - Punawale Location

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare project schedules, baseline programs, and construction timelines.

Monitor project progress for RCC, finishing, and MEP activities.

Coordinate with site, procurement, billing, and consultant teams for project execution.

Track daily/weekly progress and identify delays with recovery plans.

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and project status reports for management.

Ensure project completion as per planned timelines and budget.

Review manpower, material, and machinery planning requirements.

Conduct project planning using Primavera P6 / MS Project.

Participate in project review meetings and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Experience in residential real estate projects is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.

• Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.

• Understanding of RCC, finishing, and construction sequencing.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
