Job Title: Senior Engineer – Real Estate
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years Industry: Real Estate / Residential Projects Location: Moshi, Pune
Job Description: We are hiring a Senior Engineer for residential real estate projects. Candidate must have strong experience in RCC work, finishing activities, site execution, quality control, contractor coordination, and project planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site execution as per drawings & specifications
Monitor RCC, finishing & structural work quality
Coordinate with contractors, consultants & site team
Ensure project progress as per timeline
Check material quality and site safety compliance
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
Resolve technical/site execution issues
Requirements

B.E./Diploma Civil
-
5–8 years experience in residential real estate

Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing & site management

Good leadership and coordination skills
