Jr. Engineer For Real Estate - Moshi Location

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Engineer Execution with hands-on experience in real estate construction projects. The candidate must have strong exposure to Mivan shuttering systems, RCC works, and finishing activities, ensuring timely and quality project execution. Key Responsibilities Execute day-to-day site activities as per project plans and timelines Supervise and monitor Mivan formwork activities, ensuring proper alignment, quality, and safety compliance Oversee RCC works including slab, beam, column, and wall construction Manage and coordinate finishing works such as plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, and fixtures Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth workflow Track material usage and ensure minimal wastage Conduct regular site inspections and maintain progress reports Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations Assist senior engineers in project planning and execution
