Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Web Developer who can take ownership of projects end to end from design and development to deployment and maintenance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to building scalable, high-quality web solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop robust screens and modules using HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, and .NET with SQL Server as the backend Architect, build, and maintain websites and web applications with a focus on performance and scalability Lead or contribute to website updates, ensuring quality and timely delivery Collaborate with business and technology teams to define requirements, resolve conflicts, and deliver the right solutions Develop and validate test routines across multiple browsers and device types Create and review website content, and guide junior team members in content and code quality Take ownership of assigned modules and proactively identify areas for improvement Required Skills HTML & CSS JavaScript & AJAX .NET Framework SQL Server AngularJS (added advantage) Who We're Looking For 15 years of hands-on experience in web development Proven ability to work independently and deliver with minimal supervision Ownership mindset — you treat your work as your own and see it through Accountable, proactive, and solutions-oriented Curious about new technologies and always looking to improve Strong communication and team collaboration skills Compensation Competitive — based on your experience and interview performance.
