About the role
Role Overview: Turing is looking for experienced Full Stack Developers to build modern solutions that power AI products and evaluation workflows. You will work with Node.js/Nest.js and a modern frontend framework (React/Angular/Vue) to implement features, improve code quality and testing, and contribute to datasets and evaluation pipelines that align LLM behavior with real-world user needs. This is a remote, flexible consulting role with up to $100/hr compensation a unique opportunity to apply your engineering expertise to frontier AI challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain high-quality JS/TS services and UIs for AI training and evaluation. - Design and run evaluation pipelines, documenting rationales and improvements. - Collaborate on SFT/RLHF dataset creation and process refinement. - Conduct code reviews and raise quality standards across the stack. Qualifications Required: - Advanced JS/TS (ES6+) skills; strong with Node.js/Nest.js and at least one frontend framework (React/Angular/Vue). - Proven ability in web app architecture, testing discipline, and code readability. - Familiarity with scalable, modular full-stack development. - BS/MS in CS/Engineering (or equivalent). - Robust problem-solving ability and clear English communication for async collaboration.
