Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development with strong proficiency in C/C++. Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience in a development team. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience working with large-scale codebases (50K+ lines) and contributing to open-source projects. Proficiency with GitHub for version control and collaborative development. Familiarity with training large language models (LLMs) and building scalable back-end infrastructure.
