About the role
You are a creative and detail-oriented Fresher UI/UX Designer who will be joining the team at turn5 tech hr solutions. You should have a strong understanding of visual design principles, user-centered design, and modern UI/UX practices. Candidates with Fine Arts education, certifications, or relevant artistic training will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: - Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes. - Collaborate with developers and business teams to translate requirements into user-friendly designs. - Conduct basic user research and usability testing. - Maintain design consistency through style guides and design systems. - Create visual assets, icons, illustrations, and graphics when required. - Stay updated with UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging design tools. Required Skills: - Good understanding of UI/UX design principles. - Knowledge of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy. - Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. - Basic understanding of responsive web and mobile design. - Creative thinking and attention to detail. - Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Fine Arts (BFA/MFA), Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Animation & Design, UI/UX Design, or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). - Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual design skills, and UI/UX projects. - Candidates who have completed Fine Arts courses, certification programs, sketching, painting, illustration, or visual design training will be preferred. Nice to Have: - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end design concepts. - Experience with design systems and component libraries. - Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions. You will be evaluated based on your portfolio quality, design thinking, creativity, visual aesthetics, Fine Arts fundamentals, understanding of UI/UX principles, communication, and problem-solving skills. During the 6-month training period, you will receive a stipend of 6,000 per month. After training, your salary will be determined based on technical performance, with increments provided every 3 months based on skill assessments.
