UI UX Designer

As a Fresher UI/UX Designer at turn5 tech hr solution, you will play a key role in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Creating wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes. - Collaborating with developers and business teams to translate requirements into user-friendly designs. - Conducting basic user research and usability testing. - Maintaining design consistency through style guides and design systems. - Creating visual assets, icons, illustrations, and graphics when required. - Staying updated with UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging design tools. Required skills for this role include: - Good understanding of UI/UX design principles. - Knowledge of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy. - Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. - Basic understanding of responsive web and mobile design. - Creative thinking and attention to detail. - Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred qualifications for the position include: - Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Fine Arts (BFA/MFA), Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Animation & Design, UI/UX Design, or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). - Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual design skills, and UI/UX projects. It would be nice to have: - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end design concepts. - Experience with design systems and component libraries. - Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions. Candidates will be evaluated based on portfolio quality, design thinking and creativity, visual aesthetics and Fine Arts fundamentals, understanding of UI/UX principles, as well as communication and problem-solving skills. Please note that a stipend of 6,000 per month will be provided during the 6-month training period. After training, the salary will be determined based on technical performance, with increments provided every 3 months based on skill assessments.
