Salesforce Functional Consultant (Gurugram)

Responsibilities: - Understand and define key audiences and business processes (current state and future state) - Lead and facilitate design, consulting, and requirements gathering sessions with clients - Translate business requirements into user stories for project team development - Solution design in terms of automations, custom objects, data relationships in Salesforce - Configuration of components in Salesforce using declarative tools built into the system - ie Flows, Custom Metadata Types, layouts, objects/fields, etc. - Create custom reports, report types, and dashboards - Ability to detail specific requirements for an entry-level team members - Facilitate stakeholder management for client relationships/projects you are involved with - Work towards the project to be delivered on time and on budget - Overseeing deployments using Copado Qualifications: - BA/BS degree or equivalent - 7+ years of Salesforce experience - Salesforce certifications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud Consultant. Familiarity with Health Cloud a plus. - Knowledge of how Cases work with Knowledge articles - Experience in all phases of systems development life cycle within Sales, Service, and Community Cloud implementations - Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g. Scrum) - Excellent executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal .
