HSSE Engineer - Onshore - Oil & Gas

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee HSSE activities in an onshore environment; Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations; Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments; Support operations related to material offloading and vessel interface activities; Promote a strong safety culture among teams and stakeholders; Prepare HSSE reports and performance indicators; Lead incident investigations and implement corrective action plans.

Work Regime Onshore , with a schedule aligned to vessel operations and material offloading timelines; Days off scheduled according to operational demand and disembarkation planning.

Degree or certification in Occupational Safety or Safety Engineering; Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSSE, preferably within the oil & gas industry; Fluent English (mandatory); Mandatory certifications: CBSP and T-HUET Ca-EBS; Previous experience in onshore operations and interface with offshore activities is a plus.
