Software Quality Assurance Expert

Role: Software Quality Assurance Expert Tuscan Consulting is a rapidly growing HR technology firm that provides strategic consulting services to clients across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Application Developer (Java) to join our team and help us manage our clients human resources operations. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the application development team to identify and prioritize software stability and consistency issues. Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for both the browser and mobile app versions of the platform. Implement effective bug tracking and resolution processes. Provide documentation and training resources for clients and internal teams. Continuously monitor and audit role assignments to maintain consistency and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive improvements in the platform. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred). Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance and software testing methodologies. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Bootstrap. Proven track record of identifying and resolving software stability and consistency issues. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
