Business Analyst (Manufacturing Domain)

Role Overview: You will join a high-performance team of Business Analysts as a senior member, providing professional advice, managing and/or coordinating an area within Business Analysis. Your main responsibilities will include gathering business requirements from stakeholders, reviewing existing requirements, and producing detailed business requirement specification documents. Additionally, you will run workshops using proven techniques to create detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements. You will also assist and lead team contributions and communication to ensure complete requirement coverage and apply standards and methodologies. Your role will involve needs analysis, task planning, process/data analysis, modeling, and/or logical database design with relational databases. Identifying and assessing risks to project success, agreeing on the project approach with stakeholders, preparing realistic plans, tracking activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement, handling training, and building competency within the practice will also be part of your responsibilities.
