Job Title: Senior Sharepoint Lead Location: Bangalore / Chennai Type : Fulltime with our client Salary : Market Role Overview We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Technology Specialist / Tech Lead to be the go-to expert on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will architect, optimize, and automate SharePoint environments while advising business and IT stakeholders on best practices and adoption strategies. This is not a people-management role — instead, you'll be recognized as a senior technical authority and solution driver. Responsibilities Lead design, optimization, and support of SharePoint Online & On-Premises environments Build automation workflows with Power Automate and extend functionality with Power Apps Define and enforce governance, standards, and security frameworks Drive adoption by partnering directly with business & IT stakeholders Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance performance of SharePoint solutions Support migrations, integrations, and solution enhancements across M365 ecosystem Qualifications 10+ years of SharePoint expertise (Online & On-Premises) with strong delivery track record Mandatory: Extensive hands-on experience with Power Automate (building workflows, automating processes) Skilled in SharePoint design, administration, and custom development/integrations Experience in governance, security, and best-practice frameworks Strong communication and stakeholder advisory skills Nice to Have PowerApps and Power BI Experience with Microsoft Teams and wider M365 suite Agile/Scrum delivery background
