About the role
As an Automation Lead, your role will involve driving automation initiatives across web, mobile, and API platforms. You should have expertise in automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end automation testing efforts - Design and maintain automation frameworks for: - Web Applications using Selenium and Playwright - iOS & Android Native Apps using Appium - API Automation Testing using Rest Assured, Postman - Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines - Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Development teams to improve quality processes - Mentor automation engineers and enforce best practices - Support Agile/Scrum delivery teams Qualifications: - Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and API automation - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript/Python - Experience in automation framework design and test strategy - Good understanding of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies - Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills Good to Have: - Exposure to Performance Testing (JMeter, k6, LoadRunner, etc.) - Exposure to Security Testing concepts/tools You should possess a minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
