As a Fire Protection Design Engineer at our company, your role will involve developing detailed design drawings, performing technical calculations, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed design drawings for fire protection systems including sprinklers, hydrants, pumps, and suppression. - Design plumbing, water supply, drainage, and sewerage systems. - Perform hydraulic calculations and pipe sizing according to international standards such as NFPA, ASHRAE, and IPC. - Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), design reports, and technical specifications. - Review shop drawings and coordinate with project teams to ensure design alignment. - Utilize design software like AutoCAD, Revit MEP, PipeNet, and other related tools. - Ensure that designs meet all local code and client requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
