Senior Digital Product Manager

As a potential candidate for the role at U.S. Bancorp India, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and supporting enterprise digital priorities across various banking businesses. You will interact with executives and stakeholders to build business cases, identify opportunities, and refine roadmaps. Your role will require a proactive and collaborative approach to align cross-functional partners towards common objectives. You will serve as a digital advocate, driving the execution of the digital strategy and delivering significant business value across diversified businesses. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the product's digital life cycle, including customer needs, personas, and product goals. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define business cases and digital experiences that enhance digital engagement and increase wallet share. - Leverage data, analytics, research, and design to ensure platform products manage risk and provide excellent customer experiences. - Partner with various teams to evangelize solutions and facilitate execution for assigned segments. - Establish and maintain key metrics around user experience, adoption, and operational efficiency. - Manage a global team of product managers and oversee end-to-end agile product delivery. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - 15+ years of digital product management experience. - 5+ years of leadership experience. - 3+ years of experience in technology startups, fintech, or banking. - Demonstrated ability as a strategic thinker and successful product delivery. - Strong interpersonal, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Well-developed verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
