With a minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and a solid proficiency in Figma, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to craft visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that elevate the overall user experience. Key Responsibilities: Design and Prototyping: Experience with Figma is a must. Utilize Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with project requirements and latest design trends. Conducting thorough user research and testing to comprehend user needs and behaviors. Crafting user personas, user journeys, user flows, and wireframes. Implementing the latest design trends and best practices to ensure an optimal user experience and accessibility. Iterate designs based on client feedback, user testing results, and evolving project needs. User Research and Testing: Conduct user research to gather insights into user behaviours, preferences, and pain points. Organize and execute usability testing sessions, incorporating findings to enhance the overall user experience. Development Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product. Provide necessary design assets, documentation, and support to facilitate the development process. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to gather comprehensive project requirements.
