About the roleAs a Data Analyst I on Ubers TechData team, you will turn ambiguous business questions into datadriven insights that guide operational and product decisions. You will work in a fastmoving environment, partnering with engineering, product and operations to deliver analytical solutions that have realworld impact.Key responsibilitiesPerform deepdive analyses on large datasets to uncover insights and recommend solutions to complex business problems.Design, build, and maintain data products such as dashboards and automated reports that give teams a 360 view of critical metrics.Translate vague questions into clear, databased recommendations and communicate findings to senior leadership.Collaborate crossfunctionally with Engineering, Product and Operations to develop analytics solutions and improve operational efficiency.Own data validation and qualityassurance processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability of all outputs.Identify patterns, address technical debt and streamline processes to support evolving business priorities.Required profileBachelors degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or a related field.At least 1year of experience in a datafocused role such as business analytics, intelligence, data science or data engineering.Proficiency in writing and understanding complex SQL queries.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.Required skillsSQLTableau (or similar visualization tools)Google Data Studio / Google Sheets / ExcelPython .
