Engineering Lead – Hybrid Data Storage & Lifecycle Optimization

Description We are seeking an Engineering Lead for our Hybrid Data Storage & Lifecycle Optimization team in India. This role involves leading the development of innovative data storage solutions and optimizing data lifecycle management processes to improve overall system performance. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of hybrid data storage solutions. Optimize data lifecycle management processes to enhance performance and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data storage solutions with existing systems. Conduct performance analysis and troubleshooting of data storage systems. Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for data storage and lifecycle optimization. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data storage and lifecycle management. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in data storage technologies and lifecycle management. Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud storage solutions and architectures. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL). Familiarity with data governance and security best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
