Basic Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience in program management, project management, or a related operational role. Proven ability to organize tasks, manage schedules, and drive cross-functional projects to completion. Foundational understanding of the program lifecycle and the ability to organize complex requirements into structured plans. Experience using program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or equivalent) to track progress and report metrics. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates to project stakeholders. Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
