Were looking for a Product Manager to: Co-develop and maintain a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap for building out our digital platform solutions Define and maintain Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) aligned to product and business strategy Collaborate with end users in IB Operations to communicate art of the possible and identify business processes that require transformation and migration onto recent platforms Assess potential use cases objectively and understand business value vs cost of solution, looking to reuse or extend existing capabilities where feasible Influence the design of new solutions to deliver benefit for multiple stakeholders where possible Maintain pod and iteration backlogs in Gitlab to a high standard Assist with relevant data sourcing, ensuring compliance with the firms policies Obtain necessary governance approvals for recent use cases / solutions Mitigate impediments to the teams goals, align across pods and with other crews where needed and act as your pods ambassadors towards internal stakeholders and clients Job Type Full Time Job Reference # 333652BR City Pune Your team In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods.
