Role Overview: As a part of the Group Risk Change Market Risk Change team at UBS in Mumbai, your role will involve surveying, analyzing, and evaluating processes, products, and services. You will be responsible for conducting requirements-gathering activities, documenting processes and business requirements, finding and implementing solutions, and supporting project management tasks. Your primary focus will be on eliciting detailed business requirements related to data sourcing, calculations, outputs, methodology, and end-to-end controls for IT systems and process changes within the Market Risk domain. Key Responsibilities: - Survey, analyze, and evaluate processes, products, and services - Conduct requirements-gathering activities, evaluate services using internal and external data, and conduct end user interviews - Provide documentation of processes and business requirements - Support business architects by describing business processes and organizational structures - Find and implement solutions - Support project management tasks Qualifications Required: - Business analysis or project management experience in the financial industry - 2-5 years of experience in a Market Risk Role (e.g., Risk Control, Reporting, or Change function) - Good understanding of financial products and market risk models (VaR, ES, Stress) - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills - Ability to interpret technical requirements and develop robust solutions - Degree in business administration, banking and finance, economics, or relevant work experience About the Company: UBS is the worlds largest and only truly global wealth manager, operating through four business divisions: Global Wealth Management, Personal & Corporate Banking, Asset Management, and the Investment Bank.
