Position: Team Lead Reactjs Location: Chandigarh (Work from Office) Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced React.js Team Lead to drive the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of frontend developers, collaborate closely with product and backend teams, and ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of React.js developers. Architect, design, and develop modern web applications using React.js. Ensure code quality through code reviews, best practices, and development standards. Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams to deliver business requirements. Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Drive frontend architecture decisions and technical roadmaps. Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and production issues. Implement reusable components and maintain frontend libraries. Ensure adherence to security, accessibility, and performance standards. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and project execution. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of frontend development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand. Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integrations. Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Proficiency in Git and modern development workflows. Strong understanding of component-driven architecture and design patterns. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of frontend performance monitoring and optimization. Experience in SaaS product companies. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS.
