Job Description : About the Opportunity : We are hiring a GenAI Governance & Security Specialist for a leading global analytics and AI consulting organization. You define and operationalize the security posture and governance framework for all enterprise GenAI initiatives, the bridge between AI engineering and legal/compliance.Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement systemic guardrails (NeMo Guardrails, Llama Guard) against prompt injection, jailbreaks, and PII leakage.- Align AI deployments with internal data privacy policies and global regulations (EU AI Act, GDPR).- Lead red-teaming exercises and vulnerability assessments on enterprise LLMs and RAG systems.- Establish observability dashboards tracking hallucination rates, toxicity, and bias in production models.What Makes You a Fit : - 4 to 7 years in InfoSec, Data Governance, or AI Ethics roles.- Hands-on with security testing tools, SIEM integrations, and Python automation.- Experience with LLM observability platforms (LangSmith, Arize).- Deep knowledge of LLM vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10 for LLMs), guardrail frameworks, and data sanitization.- Ability to balance innovation speed with compliance discipline.- Notice period : 30 days or less only.- Education : Bachelor's/Master's in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or IT.
