About the Opportunity We are hiring a GenAI Enterprise Architect for a leading global analytics and AI consulting organization. This is a senior leadership mandate (AVP grade) you own the enterprise Generative AI strategy end to end, from architecture to production. Key Responsibilities • Architect end-to-end Generative AI systems — RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and vector data systems built for enterprise scale • Evaluate and select commercial and open-source LLMs; fine-tune models for domain-specific use cases • Establish LLMOps standards — model versioning, evaluation, prompt management, and CI/CD for production-grade AI • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise APIs, applications, and databases, enforcing security, privacy, and guardrails against hallucinations and adversarial attacks • Partner with senior stakeholders to map business problems to AI solutions and set up AI governance frameworks What Makes You a Fit • 8–15 years across software engineering, ML, or AI, with enterprise-scale systems exposure • Deep hands-on strength in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, NLP, and frameworks like LangChain, Autogen, or CrewAI • Extensive cloud AI experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP • Working depth in vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma) and embedding techniques • Proven expertise in prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and LLM fine-tuning • Ability to explain AI to non-technical teams and drive decisions at leadership level Education: B.E/B.Tech/MCA or M.Tech/MS in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field Why This Role You set the AI direction for an entire enterprise — model strategy, architecture standards, and governance sit with you.
