Because at UKG, your work mattersand so do you About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Senior HR Reporting Specialist to join our global People Data Reporting team. This role will serve as a key partner in delivering impactful HR reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions to stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Cognos BI, hands-on experience with Visier, working knowledge of SQL, and a strong problem-solving mindset. This individual will play a critical role in translating complex business requirements into scalable reporting solutions while ensuring exceptional service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities HR Reporting & Dashboard Development - Design, develop, and maintain complex HR reports and dashboards using Cognos BI. - Build sophisticated detailed expressions, calculations, prompts, and reporting logic within Cognos BI. - Deliver high-quality recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions aligned to stakeholder requirements. - Ensure all reporting outputs meet the highest standards of data integrity, accuracy, and usability. Visier Analytics & Dashboard Support - Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, analyses, and survey-related reporting within Visier. - Configure advanced filters, grouping, segmentation, and analysis structures in Visier. - Partner with stakeholders to optimize dashboard experiences and enhance reporting capabilities. Stakeholder Partnership & Service Excellence - Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand, assess, and refine reporting requirements. - Provide consultative guidance on reporting feasibility, best practices, and solution design. - Deliver timely resolution to stakeholder requests and reporting issues while maintaining strict SLA adherence. - Drive exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and high-quality support. Data Analysis & Troubleshooting - Investigate complex reporting/data issues and perform root cause analysis. - Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and implement sustainable fixes. - Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency. Required Qualifications Experience - 47+ years of experience in HR Reporting / People Analytics / Reporting Operations / BI Reporting. - Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably within an HR function. Technical Expertise - Advanced proficiency in Cognos BI development and report building. - Robust experience creating complex expressions, calculations, and logic-based reporting solutions in Cognos BI. - Creating and maintaining scheduled reports. - Hands on experience on SQL. - Hands-on experience with Visier, including: Dashboard/Analysis Creation Filter Configuration Grouping/Segmentation Survey/Workforce Reporting Support Core Competencies - Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. - Exceptional logical reasoning and troubleshooting capabilities. - Excellent stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelors Degree / Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field). - Experience supporting enterprise/global HR organizations. - Familiarity with HR systems and workforce data structures. - Exposure to SLA/KPI-driven support environments.
