Sr Solution Consultant

Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Consultants, and Project Management, this role drives solution quality, promotes implementation best practices, and continuously improves consulting methodologies. Establish implementation standards, consulting best practices, and solution governance across the HRSD Consulting organization. Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Consultants, Support, and Project Management to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Influence product enhancements and implementation methodologies through customer and field feedback. Develop reusable implementation assets, templates, standards, and playbooks. Lead the design and delivery of complex HRSD implementations, optimization initiatives, and post-go-live consulting engagements. Review and approve solution designs to ensure scalability, maintainability, and alignment with product capabilities and implementation best practices. Provide architectural and functional guidance for workflows, case management, document management, knowledge management, automation, security, integrations, APIs, and SSO. Act as the primary functional escalation point for complex implementation and production issues. Perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolution efforts with Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, and Support. Review and validate product defect documentation before Engineering escalation. HR Service Delivery Functional Expertise Solution Architecture & Design Customer Advisory & Executive Communication Technical Leadership & Influence Complex Problem Solving Consulting & Delivery Excellence Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing Cross-functional Collaboration Strategic Thinking Continuous Improvement Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 8-10+ years of enterprise SaaS consulting or implementation experience, including significant HR Service Delivery experience. Demonstrated success leading complex HRSD implementations and post-go-live engagements. Deep expertise in workflows, business processes, security, automation, document management, integrations, APIs, and SSO. Proven ability to lead functional escalations and influence cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with enterprise HR or HCM platforms such as UKG HRSD, ServiceNow HRSD, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar SaaS solutions. Experience implementing enterprise integrations and automation solutions. Experience mentoring consultants and driving consulting best practices. Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or modern implementation methodologies. Leading without direct people management. Raising the technical and consulting standards of the HRSD Consulting practice. Serving as the trusted expert for the most complex customer scenarios and functional escalations. Ensuring consistency, governance, and quality across consulting engagements. Developing Solution Consultants and Senior Solution Consultants while remaining actively engaged in customer delivery. Driving customer satisfaction, implementation excellence, and continuous improvement across the HRSD Consulting organization.
